When many people gather around the table, the evening needs to flow. The host should be able to stay present, guests should move through the meal at the same pace, and the atmosphere should have room to settle in.
Martha Brasserie is located on the first floor above the reception at AC Hotel Bella Sky (entrance via the reception in Tower 1). Close to Bella Center and Royal Arena, and easy to reach from the city: around 8 minutes by metro from Kongens Nytorv to Bella Center Station, followed by a short walk.

Birthdays, milestone occasions, family gatherings, we create a setting that does not feel formal or stiff, where the dishes and service follow a natural rhythm so you can stay in the conversation. Write to us with your group size, date, and the kind of atmosphere you want, and we will come back to you with how the evening could look with us. Our group menu is a good place to begin if you would like to share one menu.
Companies and business dinners
Companies choose Martha when quality, timing, and location all need to work together. Ørestad brings together hotel guests, meeting attendees, and clients already in the area, but it is also easy to invite guests from the city and get them back again without complicated logistics. Here, you get a brasserie with food that can carry a business evening, and service that allows the conversation to take the lead.
After a conference or meeting in the area, it is often easier to stay than to send the group into the city centre. At the same time, the city is close enough that choosing Martha never feels like a detour.

If you are a larger group, we welcome you with a shared menu that makes the evening simple, flavourful, and well-paced.
For groups of 9 guests or more we serve a 3-course chef’s choice menu, created around the current kitchen and the season’s dishes. This allows us to maintain flexibility in the kitchen while ensuring a cohesive experience for the entire table.
The menu is selected by the kitchen and may vary from day to day.
Price: DKK 485 per person

If anyone in the group has allergies or specific dietary requirements, we are of course happy to accommodate them.
We simply ask that this is shared in advance, so the kitchen has the best possible conditions to prepare a great experience for everyone around the table.
